Job description

To prepare sampling plan as job instructions.

To carry out quantity / packing / marking inspection of the consignments.

To carry out sampling & sample preparation of the consignments as per instructions.

To carry out inspection of vessel's holds / empty containers for cleanliness and suitability.

To attend loading / unloading / stuffing / de-stuffing supervision.

Preparation of loading / unloading / stuffing / de-stuffing report.

To carry out draft Survey of vessels.

To issue First Inspection Report / Inspection Report within 24 hours of completion of inspection.

To supervise samplers / Tally clerks and to verify their reports.

Collection of port data on exports / imports and submission of weekly report to Business Development Executive.
