Position Overview :
Roslis Retail Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Officer to lead business development across multiple branches. The role involves hiring, building, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring the performance of Fashion Advisors, and achieving sales targets

Your Role :
- Oversee the entire regional sales function and performance.
- Hire, manage and mentor Business Development Managers and their field teams.
- Drive revenue growth through structured expansion and data-driven sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional goals.
