🌟 Job Title : Contracts Management Professional
Department : OMS (Operations & Maintenance Services)
Location : Pune
🧭 Job Purpose
To manage and administer OMS contracts for retail, large corporate, and IPP customers. This role ensures timely response to contractual requirements, supports business development, and acts as a key interface between internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance— preferably from the wind energy sector .
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Contracts Management
- Review and respond to OMS Technical Term Sheets, LOIs, and Agreements.
- Identify potential deviations and prepare responses in coordination with OMS stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal to finalize contract drafts and comments.
- Represent OMS in customer meetings to negotiate and close open points.
- Ensure timely renewal or closure of new OMS contracts.
2. Contracts Administration
Post-contract closure, prepare detailed documentation of commitments and share with OMS BD leadership and State Heads.Conduct site meetings with OMS BD and State Heads to ensure contractual deliverables are met.Administer IPP OMS contracts and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders to clarify obligations.3. Interface with BD and OMS Teams
Act as a liaison between Business Development and OMS for all contractual matters.Ensure proper documentation and upload into CCOB as per contract and tender requirements.Coordinate with internal OMS stakeholders and site teams for inputs on contract terms.🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Law, Business, or related field5–10 years of experience in Contracts Management, Legal, or SCM rolesPreferred Industry : Renewable Energy, with a strong preference for Wind Energy experience💡 Skills & Competencies
