Manager Green Building & Sustainability ( Real Estate Body)

CLIENT : Our Client, a private consortium of national real estate developers has made a strong commitment to promote sustainable environmental green environment development in the real estate sector.

JOB PURPOSE

The Green Building & Sustainability Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, technical activities, stakeholder coordination, and program implementation of the Centre for Sustainability promoting sustainable construction, resource efficiency and green building practices across all projects in India.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills and policy awareness, with the ability to liaise effectively between developers, consultants, certification bodies, and government agencies

Job description

• Promote Green Building Certification program by providing technical expertise to Developers and stakeholders on Green Building Certification, ESG frameworks and Net Zero pathways.
• Maintain an up-to-date activity tracker, progress dashboard and reporting formats for ongoing initiatives.
• Curate a knowledge repository on sustainable construction materials, technologies, and policies; prepare policy briefs, training modules, and sustainability publications.
• Liaise with developers to expand sustainability initiatives and build strategic partnerships.
• Prepare presentations, and communication material for leadership, funding partners and national events.

Required Candidate profile

Annual Remuneration : 12 LPA
