Job Description : Senior Manager - Sales (West)

Experience Required : Minimum 8 years (at least 5 years in software / online / SaaS sales)

As the West Zone Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business footprint, building lasting client relationships, and driving innovation in our sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
- Lead and oversee West Zone sales operations, serving a diverse clientele including lawyers, law colleges, corporates, B2B clients, legal professionals, law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies.
- Strategically drive team and individual sales targets, fostering consistent revenue growth and expanding client acquisition.
Sales Activities :
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting product demos, negotiating, and closing deals.Provide hands-on support and training to both new and existing customers, ensuring effective utilization of products and services.Address customer inquiries and maintain regular communication to build and sustain relationships.Team Management :
Oversee and mentor Relationship Managers (RMs) in the West Zone, ensuring they meet their sales goals.Monitor team performance, provide strategic direction, and facilitate necessary training for professional development.Renewal Management :
Oversee the renewal process and identify opportunities to upsell or expand services, driving additional revenue.Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies for improving renewal rates and strengthening client relationships.Client Engagement :
Conduct workshops and training sessions in law colleges and other institutions to promote product adoption.Travel within Mumbai and the West Zone to engage with clients, monitor sales teams, and generate new business opportunities.Strategic Execution :
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve overall business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings.Brand Value :
Maintain and grow Manupatra’s brand value by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring a consistent and positive brand presence across the region.Represent the organization at relevant events and forums to strengthen brand recognition and credibility in the legal and corporate sectors.Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus.Proven track record of at least 5 years in end-to-end SaaS / online / software sales.Strong sales acumen and a go-getter attitude with excellent negotiation and closing skills.Experience catering to the legal sector (lawyers, law firms, legal departments, law colleges) is highly preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Leadership experience in managing teams and achieving collective targets.
