  • ???? Reporting to : Sales Head / Business Manager
  • At Kadkraft Systems , we partner with manufacturers, R&D teams, and engineering companies to deliver advanced solutions in CAD / CAM, FEA, simulation tools, 3D scanners, 3D printers, and engineering services . We're looking for a Sales Manager – Delhi NCR to lead growth, build customer relationships, and strengthen our presence in one of India's most dynamic industrial hubs.

    • ???? Key Responsibilities
    • 1. Lead Generation & Business Development

    • Generate new business leads across the Delhi NCR industrial region
    • Build and maintain a strong B2B pipeline in automotive, heavy engineering, manufacturing, foundries, and R&D centers
    • Identify opportunities by understanding customer pain points and requirements
    • 2. Customer Engagement & Field Sales

    • Conduct regular visits across NCR & nearby industrial belts (extensive touring required)
    • Engage with plant heads, R&D leaders, and senior management
    • Build long-term customer relationships and leverage industry contacts for growth
    • 3. Solution Presentation & Demonstration

    • Deliver product demos for :
    • ▪ CAD / CAM, FEA & Simulation Tools
    • ▪ 3D Scanners (reverse engineering & inspection)
    • ▪ 3D Printers (prototyping & small-batch production)
    • ▪ Simulation Services (casting, forging, gearbox design)
    • Clearly communicate ROI and value proposition
    • Collaborate with application engineers for advanced demos
    • 4. Sales Process & Target Achievement

    • Drive the complete sales cycle : lead → proposals → negotiations → closure
    • Prepare commercial offers, quotations & proposals with technical teams
    • Meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Maintain accurate forecasts & CRM tracking
    • 5. Team Development & Management

    • Build, mentor & manage a team of Sales Engineers for NCR
    • Provide training & support for customer engagement & deal closures
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture
    • 6. Territory Management & Market Intelligence

    • Grow business presence across Delhi NCR & nearby hubs
    • Track competitor activities, pricing, and strategies
    • Provide feedback to management on new opportunities & customer needs
    • 7. Post-Sales Coordination & Customer Success

    • Ensure smooth project handover to technical teams
    • Support customers during adoption & drive satisfaction
    • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
    • ???? Candidate Profile & Requirements
    • Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred); others with strong sales track record may apply
    • Experience : 5–6 years in sales of CAD / CAM, FEA, simulation solutions, or industrial consumables
    • Exposure to gearbox design, casting, and forging industries
    • Proven contacts in the Delhi NCR manufacturing ecosystem
    • Strong access to plant heads, R&D teams, and senior decision-makers
    • Experience in developing & managing a sales team (highly desirable)
    • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
    • Willingness for extensive touring across industrial belts
