Brand Design & Innovation Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative leader to head Alembic’s in-house media team, managing 4 key verticals – Design, Tech, Content, and Video / Animation . This role ensures brand consistency across all visual communications and digital touchpoints, while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage creative execution across all brand and marketing initiatives
• Drive visual storytelling for campaigns, product launches, internal comms, and digital media
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate strategy into design outcomes
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team across design, content, tech, and video
• Ensure adherence to visual brand guidelines across all channels
• Deliver assets for web, social, video, print, events, presentations, and more
• Track trends and evolve brand expression while maintaining consistency
• Optimize team workflows and drive innovation
