About the Role

The role will support the Customization Workstream for B2B Large Corporate Orders

and

Vendor Operations for Kitchen, Beauty, and Personal Care Appliances (PCA) GLs . The associate will work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Vendor Ops, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of customized bulk orders for enterprise customers and day-to-day operational hygiene for vendor partners.

This is a

50 : 50 split role —balancing executional ownership of the customization program and operational support to maintain vendor performance metrics across designated GLs.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Customization Workstream (50%)

Support

end-to-end execution

of large corporate orders, including requirement gathering, customization brief consolidation, and coordination with brands and vendors.

Liaise with

vendors, design teams, and 3P partners

to ensure product customization (packaging, bundling, engraving, labeling, etc.) is completed within agreed SLAs.

Track order progress, maintain status dashboards, and raise proactive flags to mitigate risk to delivery timelines.

Partner with the

Business Development and Category

teams to create repeatable SOPs for future large-order handling.

Identify process gaps and drive

continuous improvement

initiatives to simplify the customization workflow.

2. Vendor Operations – Kitchen, Beauty & PCA GL (50%)

Support day-to-day

vendor operational hygiene

including purchase order (PO) tracking, ASN and GRN issues, inventory reconciliation, and payment query resolution.

Partner with

Vendor Managers

and

Ops Finance

to ensure timely resolution of disputes and maintain healthy vendor scorecard metrics.

Monitor

inbound performance , order confirmation rates, and defect metrics; raise tickets or coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.

Support onboarding and catalog hygiene for new vendors or ASINs as per GL priorities.

Maintain a

weekly operating rhythm —tracking SLAs, exceptions, and key input metrics across all assigned GLs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or vendor management.

Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Working knowledge of Excel, SQL (preferred), and data reporting tools.

High ownership mindset and ability to deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in

B2B order management ,

customization projects , or

vendor operations .

Demonstrated ability to identify process bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions.

Exposure to

consumer goods categories

(Kitchen, Beauty, or PCA) will be an advantage.

Key Success Metrics

On-time and error-free delivery of customized B2B orders.

SLA adherence for vendor operations metrics (PO confirmation, ASN / GRN compliance, invoice processing).

Reduction in manual interventions through process simplification.

Partner feedback on responsiveness and reliability.
