Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Project Execution, Vendor Co Ordination / Vendor Management, Plant Operation / Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement / Purchasing.
Project Co-Ordinator responsibility is below but not limited to following :
Arranging and attending the Kick Off meeting with internal team and Client.
Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with the relevant stakeholders.
Attending Onsite Visit / Meeting with the Client. Preparing, Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with all the stake holder
Initiating search for the new vendors and assessing the same with the reporting manager.
Documenting the tender document with relevant project details.
Documenting the Data Sheet with relevant project Details.
Co Coordinating with client if the necessary.
Preparing the Hand over Document for the Client.
Coordinating, Documenting and circulating the GFC drawing with the internal team and Client.
