Dedicated Support Specialist

As a high-level Support & Admin Specialist, you will work from anywhere in the world to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is not a call centre role, but rather hands-on support across lettings and sales operations.

We are seeking a detail-obsessed individual with strong analytical skills to handle complex queries, manage contracts, and own high volumes of admin tasks.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries with speed and professionalism
• Manage tenancy and sales progress : contracts, payments, documentation, and compliance checks
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, agents, buyers and sellers — all with calm, clarity, and care
• Troubleshoot issues around maintenance, arrears, legal terms, and customer onboarding
• Maintain workflows up-to-date across platforms like Excel, Stripe, HubSpot, and internal CRMs
