Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Compensation : ₹15–18 LPA (Fixed plus Incentives)

Experience : 8–12 years in IT Services / Managed Services / Cybersecurity Sales

Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned Sales Professional who can take qualified opportunities (SQLs) and convert them into long-term clients.

This is a strategic closing role , not a cold-calling role. You will work closely with leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full SQL to closure cycle for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services
  • Conduct value-driven conversations with CXOs, IT Heads, and CFOs
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, and SLA-based service models
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical experts for solution design
  • Lead negotiations, contracting, and final closure
  • Achieve monthly MRR and revenue targets
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Zoho CRM
  • Build long-term relationships for renewals and cross-sell opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to close mid-value deals (₹10 lakh to ₹1 crore)
  • Strong understanding of SLA-based models and AMC vs Managed Services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Self-driven, accountable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
