About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in the Credit Card domain to lead end-to-end testing activities, ensure delivery quality, and collaborate closely with business, development, and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of credit card processes and hands-on experience in complex banking / financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E).
• Prepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
• Review test cases and ensure 100% coverage of business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners for requirement clarification.
• Conduct defect triage meetings and track defect closure.
• Ensure timely delivery of test cycles with high quality.
• Mentor and guide junior testers in the team.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and drive process improvements.
