Roles And Responsibility

• Supplier Identification & Evaluation : Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and conduct regular supplier assessments to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategic Sourcing : Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business requirements, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiation : Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the best value and alignment with business needs.
• Contract Management : Draft, review, and finalize supplier contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Supplier Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and other external factors that could impact sourcing and procurement processes
