About the Role :
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts, both offline and digital. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive student enrollment. This role requires a creative thinker who leverages data-driven insights to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns across offline and digital channels.
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, market trends, and target audience behavior.
Brand Management & Promotion
Strengthen the institution’s brand presence through effective positioning and messaging.Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and student engagement programs.Ensure consistency in all marketing materials and campaigns.Lead Generation & Conversion
Drive lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns.Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, tracking, and conversion.Optimize the lead funnel using CRM tools and data insights.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure campaign effectiveness.Work closely with Sales, Academic, and Category teams to design student-focused initiatives.Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.Business Development Support
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and brand expansion possibilities.Support centre-level marketing activities to enhance student acquisition and retention.Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyze marketing performance across campaigns and regions.Prepare periodic reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of proven experience in Marketing Management, preferably in Education / EdTech.Strong understanding of NEET, JEE, Commerce, and Upskill domains.Expertise in campaign planning, brand management, and lead generation.Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and marketing analytics.Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.Willingness to travel across centres and markets as needed.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
