Key Responsibilities :
Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions.
Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
Gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and provide gap analysis.
Coordinate with technical teams for development and customization.
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
Test and validate new features, workflows, and module integrations.
Generate reports and dashboards as per business needs.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated with new Odoo releases and functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and workflow.
Understanding of business processes in domains such as sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills :
Odoo certification or experience with Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise.
Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL.
Experience with data migration and module testing.
