Must Have :

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect

5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x

Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment

Experience on MVC, Search solutions, upgrades

Experience with Sitecore on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloud

Experience with Sitecore as headless, Sitecore XM cloud, serialization

Experience with products apart from CMS such as Personalize, Content Hub, Search etc.

Experience on Devops with Sitecore

Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for a Sitecore implementation program

Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client

Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations from scratch

Strong capability of understanding solutions holistically & engage in clients discussions

Must have excellent communication skills

Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking

Strong foundational experience in ASP.NET MVC

Good to have :

Exposure to AI, Sitecore Stream

Knowledge / Experience with AI, Agile methodologies

Experience in preparing proposals response, client presentations
