Position Overview

QpiAI is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our brand strategy, drive market growth, and strengthen our global presence in the artificial intelligence sector. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives that align with QpiAI’s mission and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

 Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to enhance QpiAI’s brand visibility and reputation.

 Lead and manage the marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

 Oversee digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and consistent messaging.

 Build strategic relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to amplify QpiAI’s thought leadership and market influence.

 Manage public relations, crisis communications, and media outreach, acting as a spokesperson when needed.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

 Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.

 Support internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with QpiAI’s values and objectives.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Research, etc.) to deliver integrated campaigns and launch new products / services.

Qualifications and Experience :

 Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

 Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in technology or AI-driven sectors.

 Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and multi- channel campaigns.

 Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, public relations, and corporate communications.
