Job Title : SNOW SOM Configuration Engineer

Location : India / LATAM / Philippines

Experience : 4+ Years

Notice : immediate to 15 days

About the Role

The SOM Configuration Engineer will implement and configure ServiceNow Sales Order Management modules, working closely with architects and business teams to deliver tailored order processing solutions.

Responsibilities

Configure SOM module features, order workflows, and product catalogs.
Collaborate on integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
Develop scripts, UI policies, and data transformation rules.
Support testing, documentation, and user enablement.

Qualifications

4–5 years in ServiceNow configuration.

Hands-on experience with SOM module implementation.

Good scripting and workflow automation skills.

ServiceNow certification preferred.
