🕒 Working Days : 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

🕘 Shift Timing : Night Shift (9 : 00 PM TO 6 : 00 AM)

🔍 Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Executive (B2B) to handle outbound

sales operations, including cold calling, for international markets. This role involves working the

night shift to align with global client time zones and requires a strong understanding of B2B sales

strategies and global communication.

💼 Key Responsibilities :

 Conduct cold calls to potential international clients to generate qualified leads.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global B2B markets.

 Schedule and lead product presentations / demos with decision-makers.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners.

 Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

 Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes and client interactions.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client on boarding and support.

 Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

🧾 Requirements :

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

 1–3 years of experience in international B2B sales, with proven cold calling expertise.

 Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

 Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

 Comfortable working in a night shift and adapting to international time zones.

 Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.

✅ Preferred Skills :

 Experience in working with clients from the US, UK, Europe, or APAC.

 Track record of converting cold leads into active business accounts.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 High resilience, energy, and self-motivation.
