Key Responsibilities : Support recruitment and onboarding process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in preparing HR letters — offer, appointment, confirmation, and exit letters.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degree
Ability to assist in employee Training and development initiatives
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidential information
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
