The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the production floor during their shift, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Manage team performance and provide guidance to staff on the shift.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain quality control standards and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with upper management regarding progress and challenges.
