Job Summary Seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Lead to support SWIFT Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH) application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, Linux system, observability platform such as ELK and experience with SWIFT AMH is preferable. Accountable in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our SWIFT AMH systems through proactive monitoring, incident management, and automation. The SRE Lead will respond to and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures. The role also involves ensuring security compliance, collaborating with development teams, participating in on-call rotations, and contributing to capacity planning and scaling. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the SWIFT AMH environment.
