📍 Location : Mumbai (Experience Center + Field Visits)

👥 Experience : 5+ years of team handling

⚠️ Channel Partner experience is mandatory

🗓️ Working Days : 6 days

🚗 Field Visit readiness is required

• Drive city-level Channel Sales & ECV targets
• Build, expand & retain a high-performing Broker / CP network
• Lead daily CP meetings to ensure consistent lead generation
• Manage CP payouts and nurture long-term partnerships
• Uphold brand integrity and ensure operational excellence

🔍 What We’re Looking For :

✅ Graduate / Postgraduate with 8+ years in Real Estate & Channel Sales

✅ Strong Broker / CP network within Mumbai

✅ Proven leadership & team management experience

✅ Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

✅ Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
