Role Description

As an Admissions Counselor at BIA's Janakpuri, Delhi Campus, you will work on-site in Tilak Nagar in a full-time capacity. Your responsibilities will include guiding prospective students through the application process, providing accurate information about courses and programs, and maintaining strong communication with applicants. You will deeply engaged in sales and customer service activities to build meaningful relationships with students and support them in their education journey. Reporting to the admissions team, you will contribute to achieving enrollment targets and ensuring a seamless admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales for engaging with prospective students and close the admissions
• Experience in the Education industry or familiarity with academic admission processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
