Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management :
• Supervise all branch operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Sales & Marketing :
• Develop and implement sales plans and marketing activities to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
• Staff Leadership :
• Recruit, train, and motivate employees; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster a high-performing team.
• Financial Management :
• Manage budgets, allocate funds, and analyze financial reports to control costs and achieve profitability goals.
• Customer Service :
• Build strong customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance :
• Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Strategic Planning :
• Analyze market conditions, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans to enhance the branch's growth and market presence.
• Collaboration :
• Coordinate with other branches and management to share best practices and achieve organizational goals.
