About the Role :
We are seeking experienced Recruiters with a strong background in Semiconductor or Engineering domains to support our UK and European clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing top technical talent across engineering disciplines — including semiconductor design, embedded systems, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK & European clients in the Semiconductor / Engineering sectors.
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Conduct detailed technical screening and candidate assessment to ensure role and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on European market trends, visa regulations, and engineering talent pools .
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients across different time zones.
- Contribute to talent mapping and pipeline development for future hiring needs.
Required Skills and Experience :
1–3 years of experience in UK or Europe recruitment , ideally within Semiconductor, Electronics, or Engineering domains.Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent for roles such as :ASIC / VLSI Design EngineerEmbedded Software EngineerHardware / PCB Design EngineerVerification / Validation EngineerMechanical / Electrical / Systems EngineerStrong understanding of European hiring practices and technical role terminologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri (UK / Europe portals), Indeed, CV Library, or similar platforms.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
