Job descriptionDesign, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Components , Triggers , and related Salesforce tools. Extend Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Diagnose and resolve functional or performance issues efficiently.
Salesforce Administration
- Oversee and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and customize Salesforce by creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows.
- Manage configuration changes including page layouts, record types, and apps.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Perform data management tasks — imports, exports, de-duplication, and data cleansing — to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
