Detail oriented mindset Good verbal and written communication skills Planning and organizational skills Excellent data management skills Strong PC skills with a good understanding of Excel, Powerpoint, and coding languages ( specifically SQL) Coding : SQL (beginner to intermediate) Nice to Have : Coding : Python, Java, C++, etc Certification(s) in Analytics systems are preferred, but not required (i.E. Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) Certification(s) in Sales Compensation or Sales Operations systems are preferred, but not required (i.E. Xactly, Varicent, SAP-Callidus, Anaplan, etc) Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
