Job Description :

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in leading Data and AI / ML projects.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing complex data workloads, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions involving data pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics platforms.

This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, data engineers, and AI / ML developers.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI and data solutions that align with client goals and timelines, while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end Data and AI / ML projects, from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, ML developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Track performance metrics such as model accuracy, data quality, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
