Join the Strategy & Transformation team to design AI-enabled solutions for payers / providers. You'll translate executive priorities into clear roadmaps, pilots, and measurable results partnering closely with Product, Clinical Services, AI Engineering, Implementation and Delivery teams. This is an ideal role for someone who loves structured problem solving, crisp storytelling, and landing change at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and strategy framing for priority AI use cases across UM / CM (e.g., intake, eligibility, medical necessity, risk stratification, prior auth, care orchestration).
- Build value cases and success metrics (throughput, cycle time, first-pass decision rate, quality) and convert them into exec-ready narratives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, Data / AI, Delivery) to stand up pilots and scale wins.
- Own the proposal development process from intake through submission, coordinating across sales, delivery, and solutioning teams to create high-impact, client-ready deliverables.
- Craft compelling narratives that align with win themes and client pain points, ensuring every proposal clearly articulates value, differentiation, and business impact.
- Drive pricing and contracting strategy support, pulling together inputs from cross-functional stakeholders and validating consistency across commercial documents.
- Maintain and continuously improve the asset library, including boilerplates, case studies, templates, and visual elements for reuse across proposals.
- Manage proposal operations, including pipeline tracking, version control, deadlines, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance, detail-oriented culture and maintaining proposal quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications :
5–8 years in management / strategy consulting or internal strategy; healthcare experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated leadership delivering end-to-end strategy work (from hypothesis to pilot to scale) with measurable outcomes.Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to translate complex input into clear recommendations.Knowledge of pricing models, compliance workflows, and procurement processes in enterprise and public sector RFPs.Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.Familiarity with U.S. healthcare (payer / provider) landscape is a strong plus.Qualifications
