Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Media Ad Sales Manager to lead advertising revenue efforts across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of digital ad sales, and the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close ad sales deals with brands, agencies, startups, and media buyers
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies for YouTube, social media, branded content, and integrated campaigns
  • Manage relationships with clients and agencies to ensure repeat business
  • Create customized ad packages, sponsorship decks, and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver brand-safe, high-value campaigns
  • Track industry trends and generate new revenue opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM tracking, and pipeline management

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in digital media ad sales, preferably in news, media, or entertainment
  • Strong network with brands, PR agencies, media buyers, and advertising partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Understanding of YouTube ads, branded content, influencer marketing, and programmatic basics
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals
  • Strong presentation and proposal-building skills

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling YouTube and social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics & performance tracking
  • Ability to create attractive media plans & sponsorship proposals
  • Knowledge of Hindi / English digital content and current affairs
