Job Summary : Job Type : Full-time

Salary : ₹40,000.00 to ₹65,000.00 / month

Timing : 11 : 00am to 08 : 00pm - Days : Mon to Fri (1 Saturday a month working)

Job Description :

  • To understand the objective / challenges of the brands / clients and recommend effective DIGITAL CONTENT SOLUTIONS for the same within the resources indicated with a core focus on maximising revenues for the group.
  • To back the Sales team as a support function and work closely with them to create build innovative solutions for the brand basis their positioning, key Marketing Challenges, Brand Objective and suggest a formidable solution within the content, IP, digital footprints space.
  • To create custom presentations for the client basis the brief / solutions provided.
  • Interacting closely with the client team during the execution process liaison between them and the relevant execution team members internally.
  • Working closely with social media team to ensure that all our content is being published and pushed live as per the social calendar set for every campaign.

Skills Required :

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the space of providing branded solutions.
  • Good MS office skills-especially for creation impactful PPT’s
  • Creative mindset
  • Good Communication / presentation skills
  • Relationship Building both internally and externally
  • A problem solver delivering creative content solutions to help brands with maximum outreach against their investment.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across the organization – Talent, Social Media ,Influencer, Creative.
  • A pro at managing relationships. Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand / agency partnerships year on year.
  • Self-motivated. Ability to work under high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points.
  • A great negotiator, quick learner, thinker and doer.
  • Extremely proactive and ready to take initiative and run with new ideas.
  • An exceptional communicator with superlative written and oral communications skills, creativity, and attention to detail
