Design Team Lead

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented, customer-focused lead for the creative services team who has a passion for people, design, and experience. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will spearhead innovative design projects, manage client relationships, and lead a team of creative professionals. The ideal candidate should be technically sound in modern-day design applications and have experience engaging with designers and clients.

Responsibilities :

• Handling multinational projects with regular interaction with clients
• Preparing Quarterly Business Reports and presenting them confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
• Generating key data-centric reports for Quality, Utilization, and other parameters
• Overlooking the successful delivery of projects – Typical projects will include the creation of CTV videos, display banners and social media collaterals.
• Ability to understand the brand guidelines of various clients.
• Monitoring a team of associates, thereby ensuring optimum performance, and conducting monthly performance review meetings
• Planning targets, monitoring numbers and achievements of overall targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis in adherence to the preset standards.
• Represent the team in meetings and conference call with management and clients
• Identifying the training needs of the team and executing them accordingly
• Coordinating between different departments
• Flexible to work in shifts
