Job Summary :

VMX HI Connectors Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Machinist proficient in TMC / VMC machine operations , Mastercam or SolidCAM programming , and machine setting . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, precision machining experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality components within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or SolidCAM software.
• Independently set up, operate, and monitor TMC / VMC machines as per job requirements.
• Prepare and set tools, jigs, and fixtures ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Interpret engineering drawings, 2D / 3D models, and GD&T symbols accurately.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain machine setting records, tool life data, and production logs.
• Coordinate with design and quality teams for continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards in all operations.
