Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Core Design Engineering

Dear Candidate,

Refer to your application for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Core Design Engineering, which includes exposure to Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on, project-based training opportunity at our Chennai office for fresh graduates (2022–2025 batch) who are passionate about learning design and drafting work in real project environments.

Training Details :

• Duration : 6 months
• Mode : On-the-job training (in-office at Chennai)
• Nature of Work : Drafting and design documentation for live projects
• Training Fees : No fees collected from candidates
• Training Certificate : Not provided, as this training is completely free and internal to our organisation
• Bond / Agreement : Not applicable – no bond required
• Stipend : A small monthly stipend will be provided during the 6-month training period
• Workign time Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm reguler (Inculdes 45mins luch break)
• Size of the office small, maximum 30 engineers

Purpose of the Training :

The objective of this training is to develop candidates for upcoming company projects.
