Aeka - Product Support [Immediate Start]

The CareStack Implementation Team has the responsibility of onboarding new Prospects into the

CareStack System. This involves handling data from the customer’s legacy systems, which can be

stored in various types of datastores. The team is tasked with extracting, transforming, and

loading this data into CareStack datastores using automation systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Very good technical understanding of Database(s) to query and analyze data.
• Very good understanding of DDL (Data Definition Language)
• Should be well versed in customer communication.
• Defining and communicating a clear product implementation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan and execute your business

goals. This includes product team, implementation team, support team and customer’s technical

and non-technical team members.
