Interior Site Manager

📍 Location : ECR, Akkarai

💰 Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About Us :

Interior Point is a leading interior design and execution company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Site Manager to oversee multiple interior sites and ensure timely, quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor daily site operations for interior projects.
  • Supervise and guide site supervisors, ensuring efficient workforce handling.
  • Travel regularly to project sites for inspections and coordination.
  • Ensure all works are executed as per design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth workflow.
  • Verify site measurements, material usage, and vendor bills.
  • Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and submit to management.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture.
  • 4–8 years of experience in interior site management or fit-out execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site operations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple sites.
