We are looking for an experienced

Engineering & AI Manager

to lead our growing engineering team in Bangalore. The role demands a strong technology leader who thrives in

startup and growth-stage environments

, can balance hands-on engineering with people leadership, and is comfortable working closely with customers to deliver business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and scale

a high-performing engineering team, fostering a startup-style culture of

agility, ownership, and innovation.

the development of

scalable SaaS products

using

Java Spring Boot (backend)

and

Angular (frontend).

in building

full-fledged enterprise applications

using Java and Angular, while progressively

adopting newer, more advanced technologies

to modernize and future-proof systems.

deep expertise in driving microservices-based architecture

and managing

system integrations at scale.

hands-on experience integrating products and applications with major ERP systems

such as

Oracle, SAP, and similar platforms.

the company's

AI roadmap

, embedding

machine learning and intelligence-driven features

into products.

with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate customer needs into scalable, intelligent technology solutions.

, ensuring that solutions are practical, high-impact, and aligned with strategic business outcomes.

knowledgeable in and establish best practices

DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and agile execution.

, ensuring both vision and execution excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

of progressive engineering experience, including

3–5 years

in management roles.

startup or high-growth environments

, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, scale teams, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced settings.

architecture and coding expertise

in

Java Spring Boot, Angular, microservices

, and

analytics-driven platforms.

using Java and Angular, with a continuous drive to
