HR Executive (6 Months to 1 year)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an IT company and strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Coordinate induction and orientation for new joiners.

Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Ensure HR compliance and documentation are up to date.

Coordinate with management and team leads for HR-related updates.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR or related).

6 months – 1 year of HR experience in an IT organization .

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel, or similar).

Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
