About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across UniAcco, UniCreds, and UniScholars. The ideal candidate must come with hardcore recruitment experience , strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire quality talent in fast-paced environments. The role will also include 10% responsibility in handling onboarding and joining formalities .
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Core – 90%)
- Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple departments across all three brands.
- Work on sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates.
- Handle bulk hiring, niche hiring , and mid-level hiring roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals , and networking.
- Conduct telephonic / virtual interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Manage candidate pipeline, follow-ups & offer negotiations .
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Onboarding (10%)
Coordinate with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining on Day 1.Manage documentation, background verification , and new-employee formalities.Support HR team in orientation / induction .Maintain onboarding MIS and ensure timely completion of all compliance tasks.Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of hardcore recruitment experience (startup or fast-paced environment preferred).Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn & job portals .Excellent communication & stakeholder management.Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously.High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.Strong negotiation & coordination skills.What We Offer
