Shiprocket - Senior Manager - Procurement - Infra PnC / Fulfilment

Description : The Senior Manager Procurement will be responsible for driving Shiprockets end-to-end procurement process for warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and assets. The role ensures cost-effective sourcing, vendor compliance, contract management, and techno-commercial evaluation of procurement items to support the expansion and smooth functioning of warehouse operations across the network.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for warehouse infrastructure (racking systems, MHEs, HVAC, automation systems, etc.).
• Float RFQs / RFPs and manage the bidding process from start to finish.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor payments.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, budgets, and audit standards.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on quality, reliability, financial stability, and cost metrics.
