About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT or Non-IT domains, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage hiring needs efficiently. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.
- Prepare recruitment-related presentations and reports for internal reviews.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).1–2 years of proven experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting) and presentation tools (PowerPoint).Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, , Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
