About the Role : Impulse Digital is looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer Manager who can lead the creative direction of the design team while also contributing hands-on to key projects. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver compelling visual communication across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring smooth workflow and delivery.
Oversee the creation of digital creatives, campaign visuals, branding assets, and motion graphics.
Interpret client briefs and ensure creative concepts align with brand objectives.
Review, refine, and approve final design outputs.
Collaborate with the social media, content, and strategy teams for consistent visual communication.
Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.
Introduce innovative ideas, design techniques, and creative approaches.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and creative execution.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
5–7 years of agency or digital design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead / managerial role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and layout.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of motion graphics tools is an added advantage.
Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
