We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Talent Development to design, lead, and institutionalize learning and leadership development strategies. This role will build critical capabilities, enable leaders and managers, and support a high-performance culture across a diverse global workforce.
This is a full-time onsite role based in Gurugram .
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of L&D programs including needs analysis, instructional design, vendor management, facilitation, and impact measurement.
- Partner with global and local HRBPs to understand talent needs and enable capability building.
Leadership Development & Manager Enablement
Create and scale leadership programs across career stages—emerging to senior leaders.Manage global and local Learning Partners; own content curation and learning pathways.Design structured learning journeys for people managers to strengthen leadership and cultural capabilities.Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
Adapt global enterprise learning programs to the India context.Facilitate workshops including new-hire onboarding, leadership development, and manager capability sessions.Build trusted advisory relationships with business and functional leaders.Measurement, Insights & Governance
Define KPIs for all learning interventions and communicate program impact and ROI.Use data and insights to evolve learning strategy and strengthen accountability.Ensure governance, compliance, and rigorous vendor evaluation.📌 Qualifications & Experience
12+ years total HR experience, with 5–7 years in Learning, Leadership Development, or Instructional Design.Strong experience designing enterprise-wide learning strategies in fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environments.Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms; Workday Learning experience highly preferred .Background in professional services, financial services, or GCCs is advantageous.MBA / Master’s in HR, Organizational Development, Education Tech, or related field preferred.💡 Competencies
