About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated  MBA Intern specializing in Mass Communication & Journalism  to work directly with our  CEO . This internship offers exposure to global business communications, event participation, leadership interactions, and high-impact writing tasks. The role demands strong communication, creativity, and the ability to leverage  AI-powered tools like ChatGPT  for content creation, research, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and publish high-quality content including press releases, articles, reports, and executive communication.

Use  ChatGPT and AI-driven tools  to streamline content writing, research, data analysis, and communication tasks.

Support CEO in preparing for meetings, events, and conferences (domestic and international).

Assist in building thought leadership materials, speeches, and media interactions.

Research industry trends and prepare analytical content to support decision-making.

Collaborate with teams across departments to streamline communication strategies.

Participate in event coordination and media-related activities in international forums.

Required Skills & Attributes

Excellent  written and verbal communication skills  (English proficiency is a must).

Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.

High IQ and analytical ability  - capable of using AI tools to generate insights and solutions.

Familiarity with  ChatGPT and other AI-powered productivity / content tools  for drafting, brainstorming, and optimizing communication.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Adaptability to remote / hybrid working models and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Self-driven, professional, and eager to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed  MBA in Mass Communication / Journalism .

Prior exposure to corporate communication, PR, or media is an advantage.

Willingness to work in  US shift timings .

Flexibility to travel internationally (Philippines / USA) for events, if required.
