About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Java Lead

with strong expertise in

Java, Microservices, Spring Boot , and backend development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and work on designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions with cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using

Java ,

Spring Boot , and

Microservices architecture .

Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.

Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.

Drive cloud adoption and integration strategies.

Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

Java ,

Spring Boot , and

Microservices .

Hands-on experience with

RESTful APIs

and backend architecture.

Solid understanding of

cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / GCP).

Experience with

CI / CD pipelines , Git, and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of

SQL / NoSQL databases .

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java backend development with Microservices and Spring Boot.

Prior experience in a

lead role

is preferred.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to

Docker / Kubernetes .

Knowledge of

API Gateway ,

Security , and

Performance Tuning .

Familiarity with

Agile methodologies .

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
