Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. Analyst, Financial Systems – ARCS As an integral part of the EPM financial systems team, this role will be responsible for the monthly administration and routine maintenance, continual automation & enhancement, and system initiatives for Oracle ARCS, with the primary focus on ARCS Compliance. This position will closely partner with various finance & accounting teams to support day-to-day operations as well as business initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of accounting reconciliations and transaction matching, along with hands-on experience maintaining reconciliation systems. Experience working with Oracle ARCS Compliance is required. EPM Implementation & Administration (70%) : Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle ARCS Compliance, managing daily requests, incidents, and monthly close activities. Lead and validate monthly ARCS patch testing, ensuring seamless updates and minimal disruption. Become an ad hoc reporting expert and solve problems particularly for accounting business partners. Develop and maintain reconciliation profiles, formats, compliance rules, match types, mappings, and reports. Perform testing and prepare documentation for EPM implementation with the focus on ARCS. Develop partnerships within the financial systems team and with other teams including IT. Support regular EPM system training with various business partners as necessary, with the focus on ARCS. Support monthly close activities by validating reconciliation completeness and accuracy. Be ready to support all ARCS changes and testing for company initiatives when needed, such as chart of
