Job descriptionCustomer-focused with strong relationship management skills. Results-driven with accountability for cash collection targets. Process-oriented with an eye for continuous improvement. Strong teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Team Leadership & Strategy Collections Management Operational Excellence Client Communication Reporting & Analytics Compliance & Governance Achievement of monthly / quarterly cash collection targets. Reduction in DSO and past due % of AR. Timely resolution of disputes and unapplied cash. Collector productivity and adherence to daily worklists. Accuracy and timeliness of collection reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of AR / Collections experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, AR systems, and controls.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite and High Radius) and collection tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of reducing past dues and improving collection efficiency.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
