We are home to India's largest entertainment content catalog for the Indian diaspora in the UK.

We are hiring senior engineers for our UK and international teams to develop systems that drive business growth in the country.

This is a unique opportunity to work across the JioHotstar tech stack and work on the most impactful projects.

You will contribute to the common stack, build frameworks to offer geography-specific differentiated features and create subscriber and business growth platform for the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Influence and lead architecture and design discussions within the team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects with a focus on impact and excellence.
• Establish and enhance engineering standards, drive codebase consistency, and implement processes to promote the adoption of best practices across the team.
• Take ownership of scaling mobile app development across Engineering, providing valuable insights to refine processes and tools, supporting additional contributors in architecture and code
• Take care of the development infrastructure (Xcode updates, iOS updates, swift updates)
• Mind app performance metrics to draw conclusions and drive change Lead modernization efforts (e.g., moving from legacy APIs and UI tools to latest patterns).
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Mentor and empower iOS developers across teams.
• Additionally, contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives by authoring insightful blogs on mobile innovation and organizing brown bag sessions and technical talks to foster a culture of continuous learning.
