Role Description

We are seeking full-time Operations and Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Vadodara. This on-site role involves the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of solar power systems. The engineer will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate with teams to ensure timely support, and ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical)
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for solar energy systems
• Knowledge and expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management
• A strong background in Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of solar systems and related technologies
• Effective Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting
• Ability to think critically and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or training in renewable energy or electrical maintenance are advantageous
• 3 years of experience in solar energy systems maintenance is preferred
